Fourteen women attended the Ladies Aid supper meeting at 101 Main on Wednesday, May 28. President Cathy Meyer reports that all enjoyed a wonderful time - good food, great fellowship, and of course a little business.
Minutes of the May 28 meeting
The May meeting was held at 101 Main Restaurant in the Holiday Inn. There were 13 ladies present. After an enjoyable meal, President Cathy Meyer called the meeting to order. The minutes from the April meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence from Joy Fastenau and Marie Vollmer were read.
Millie reported on the Annual New 2 You meeting. The work day for St. Mark's will be June 14th.
The next meeting will be held on Aug. 27th.
Nominating Report: Naomi presented the names of the present officers as their nominated candidates for President, Vice President and Treasurer. Unanimous ballots were cast for the present officers:
Joann Leffel was voted in as secretary.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
